1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Varenya storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Product Authenticity & Handloom Disclaimer

Varenya specializes in premium, handwoven pure silk sarees. Due to the artisanal, handmade nature of our products:

• Slight variations in weave texture, motifs, and colors are natural characteristics of handloom sarees and are not considered defects.
• While we make every effort to display product colors accurately, your monitor or phone screen settings may affect the representation of colors.
• Saree measurements (length, width, blouse pieces) are standard but may vary slightly between individual weaves.

3. Ordering & Payments

When placing an order on our storefront:

• You represent that all information provided (shipping address, mobile number) is complete and accurate.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. In the event of stock discrepancy, we will contact you immediately.
• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store or access your credit card or netbanking credentials.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Varenya reserves the right to modify prices and promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Varenya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, or delay in delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including weather conditions, logistical disputes, or customs issues).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
